Marketing floorplans for real estate are detailed, scaled diagrams that represent the layout of a property. Matterport Floor Plans usually take 48 hours to complete which are then delivered electronically via Dropbox to the same sub folder as the other property assets: real estate photos, drone photos, etc.
There are a few floor plan examples below. One floorplan from Matterport and a couple floor-plans which were manually measured using laser measuring onsite then hand draw using a CAD style floorplan software. We always recommend the Matterport 3D with the floor plan, because cost wise it comes out to the same as manual laser measuring and you get the Matterport Digital Twin / Doll House / 3D Virtual Tour which is an industry standard.
